我在 2019 年 8 月 28 日去了大约 2 点 50 分。我只订购了一个 Homestyle 鸡肉三明治和一杯水。没别的了。大约 8 点左右开始感到肠子不舒服，头痛来了。不吃东西就上床睡觉了大约凌晨 2 点半，我得了腹泻，在我开始呕吐之前发冷了好几次。这种情况一直持续到大约 3:30。我 9 点左右起床仍然感觉不舒服和虚弱。，心脏在跳动，出汗的香水。我去喝了一点水补水。15 分钟后又呕吐了。再次放下。11 点左右起床了，非常虚弱。胃在咆哮。喝了一点水，然后折断了 1/2 茶匙的香蕉。20 分钟后 diareaha 再次激烈呕吐。这现在开始吓到我了。再次放下。12:00 起来，慢慢移动，心跳加速。我只需要喝点东西来防止脱水，喝水。但是不，再次承诺。什么都没有停下来，甚至没有水。决定尝试使用佳得乐来获取电解质。喝一口然后最后拿着。睡了一会儿。FiveO'Clock 现在正在尝试小叮咬苏打饼干和佳得乐。它正在举行。希望它能通过。

On 8/19 at 1:45 pm. I got a veggie sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese with cheddar cheese. I got all veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, olives, pickles, Cucumbers, Green Peppers) and regular mustard.

My daughter had banana split ice cream hour later she started with diarrhea then allergic reaction hives all over her body itching finally gave her Benadryl never stepping foot at this location, Only 1 person ate the ice cream symptom started 30 min later  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 瘙痒
