My husband got carnitas and my sister got steak. Both had cheese, sour cream, lettuce, Pico, and fajitas. They were just fine. But I got the carne asada with all the same toppings and got very sick. I think it was the carne asada.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚下午 5 点 30 分左右我和丈夫吃了晚餐。我们在晚上 6 点 20 分左右离开了。当我从那里吃迷你香草冰淇淋蛋筒时，我开始感到太饱了。我们俩都开始感到恶心，最后经过 2-1/2 小时的可怕感觉，我终于吐了起来。然后我丈夫吐了起来。而且这持续了几个小时。我同时在呕吐然后腹泻。令人恶心和羞辱，但我可爱的丈夫在呕吐和腹泻之间一直在帮助我。我太虚弱又苍白，我不得不在浴室地板上睡一会儿，因为我无法动弹。我们想去急流室但我们必须靠近洗手间。腹泻的时候，我在腿上拿着一个碗，天气干燥。我丈夫没有任何。但是直到今天我们一直在腹泻。我们几乎无法动弹，因为我们身体疼痛很多，而且我头疼得很厉害。我们整天都在床上睡觉，喝了姜汁汽水和 Smart Water，里面有电解质。最终我喝的每一件东西都会在短时间内以液体腹泻的形式出现。我丈夫给那个地方打电话告诉经理。她记下了我们的信息，说至少晚上有 700 多人在那里吃东西。她问我们吃了什么类似于试图排除罪魁祸首。我认为这是火鸡蔓越莓汤。
