Monday april 30th. Had a cold cut on Italian herbs and cheese. Cucumber pickle and onion on sub. Symptoms started almost right away and have kept steady for over 48 hours now. Seems to just be getting worse. Not even able to hold water down  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

在冬季公园吃了 Shake Shack 仅几个小时后，我的同事和我自己都生病了。我们俩都吃了同样的饭-一个汉堡包，里面有生菜番茄，洋葱和薯条。我们俩都有液体腹泻-根本没有物质，并且已经持续了大约 12 个小时。我们脱水而且非常虚弱。我今天早上要去看医生。
