下午 1 点 30 分左右吃了素食喜悦。我想是生菜、番茄、墨西哥胡椒、红洋葱和鳄梨。没有奶酪或调味料。凌晨 1:40 醒来时胃痉挛会恶化，直到腹泻、恶心和大汗出现。在躺在地板上和坐在马桶上之间在浴室里待了大约 1.5 个小时。之后还能睡觉但是发冷得很讨厌。

Ate a hamburger with pickle and onion. Special sauce as well. Symptoms started about two hours after. Vomiting and diarrhea. Sick about ten times. So ill could not work today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 1 月 18 日晚上，我得到了一个 barbacoa 碗，里面装有糙米，黑豆和棕豆，洋葱胡椒粉，绿色莎莎酱，玉米，酸奶油，生菜-我吃的时候把 Chipotle 放在上面加了酱。我在 5 分钟内把它送回家，然后把一些东西放进冰箱里。我吃了一些但没生病。第二天下午中旬，我把它拿出来，决定把它和我在全食（从一个未开封的新容器中）买的额外的酸奶油一起冷吃。吃完后我的胃感到不安，我变得越来越恶心。我早点睡觉希望自己累了。但是恶心变得更糟了。我的胃感觉臃肿好像去肠子不好。最后我呕吐了所有东西，一旦我的胃完全空了，感觉好多了。第二天早上我感觉好多了。我喜欢 Chipotle，非常难过我必须向卫生部门报告这件事。
