I purchased bagged organic baby spinach from our local store. I don’t eat very many different things in my diet due to allergies. I had the spinach in a smoothie with which is just frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, almonds, water, and spinach. I had cramping and extreme
diarrhea. I didn’t know it was the spinach at first. I ate rice the next day. When I felt a little better I tried a smoothie again and wham it started again. Then 2 days later, my husband tried the spinach and problem solved, he got sick. He said I found out why you keep getting sick, it’s your spinach! Stop eating it.

I bought their white bread and made a few sandwiches throughout the week and suffered diarrhea. I didn’t think it would be from the bread but the symptoms went away a few days without eating it and I recently made myself a sandwich and the symptoms are back.

We had the spinach dip which I suspect wasn’t refrigerated properly due to recent snow storms (on truck too long, loss of power...etc). Within 30 mins my husband and I were violently ill though after a long night we recovered relatively quickly.

On April 17, 2018, I felt fine until about 3 hours after eating the Thai line and Chile cashews that I'd purchased on April 15. Then I got a massive headache, then nausea. I thought I had a migraine headache. Very quickly, within 10 minutes, I had
abdominal cramping, vomiting, then diarrhea about 30 minutes later. I would have had to call an ambulance if my husband has been hadn't been there to help me get fluids in. I briefly lost consciousness several times. The only thing I had not eaten before were the cashews. And the nuts were the only thing that nobody else in my family ate. I hadn't eaten out since April 12. No fresh fruit or veggies that day. On the 16th, I had yogurt from a new container of Trader Joe's Greek whole milk yogurt plain, and lemon curd from a new jar of Trader Joe's imported English authentic lemon curd. The evening of the 16th, I had salad made with butter lettuce that comes as a head of lettuce, from Trader Joe's. My family ate the salad without problems.

Three days ago, We stayed at Flag Hotel in Madeira by the sea. We did not eat in the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant nearby, we suspect the food poising from the seafood, mussels and fish. And both my boyfriend and I are suffering from

I ordered a Shamrock Milkshake today 04/09 at 9:28AM. After I finished drinking it, the roof of my mouth started to feel like it was burning. I have ordered this milkshake at this McDonald's in the past and never encountered this problem before. Right now it is

Taylor Farms Southwest, Inc has voluntarily recalled its Family Size Garden Salad due to undeclared allergens. The product was distributed in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Texas. The issue was discovered on March 30th when the TFSW ALBSWY Chicken Caesar Salad 10oz, which contains egg,
anchovy, milk, soy, and wheat, was mislabeled as the ALBSWY Garden Salad 17oz, which should only contain milk and wheat.
The recalled product is the Family Size Garden Salad, packaged in a 17oz flexible plastic combo 32 oz clamshell. The batch in question is marked with the sell-through date of 04/07/24 and the lot number TFSW090B. The UPC code for the product is 030223039167. A total of 150 units have been recalled.
