Two of us got Italian sandwiches: rosemary bread, cheese, oil, lettuce, herbs, and jalapeños; white, no cheese, oil, herbs, jalapeños, pickles. had horrible stomach and intestinal cramps within 40 minutes, severe nausea, and some vomiting. Had extreme nausea and stomach pain then vomiting about 5 hours after eating Pizza Hut pizza, wings, bread sticks. The next day I had a fever and was wiped out the rest of the day. 24 hrs later I was on the mend.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
