Ordered chicken burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side, black beans, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole for dinner. Woke up the next day and had diarrhea, stomach pains, and flu-like symptoms. 2 days later and I am still having diarrhea and unable to eat solid foods.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I ate a pico guacamole meal al 3.00 pm, and after a few hours I started vomit and feel pain in my stomach. Now it's 6 hours that my stomach is refusing any kind of food or beverage, I throw up immediately after consuming.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Are at around 8 pm a chicken bowl with guacamole and right afterwards started to feel very bloated. I went to sleep but woke up at 2 am with nausea and started to vomit. I took some meds and went to sleep again. I woke up at 08 am and realized I was with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
