Usually the food is fine and no issues. But this time, I apparently also purchased a side of vomiting and diarrhea. I ordered a steak and cheese and a philly. All standard ingredients except for added lettuce and tomato. No different than what I usually get. What a shame. Won’t be back.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Purchased an Italian sub from here on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh and within 12 hours had diarrhea, vomiting and fever. The next day I was extremely fatigued but did not have any stomach issues. Wondering if it was the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue

Monday 1:30 pm Order: Dave’s Double Meal Noticed: lettuce had a large dark spot with a lot of light spots. Should have been a warning. On-set: stomach pains at 4:30pm.
