Started feeling sick 15 hours after consuming burger and onion rings, that's the only food eaten, the only other food eaten within these 15 hours was hot chocolate drink which is the pod version in bulk at Costco  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Stomach Pain, Headache

Ordered Mushroom & Swiss and Large Onion Ring for Lunch 7/17/2025..... By 9 PM I was rushed to Avera Urgent Care with severe vomiting issues and food poisoning symptoms.
