June 6th. Ordered the bowl with white rice, chicken, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa and red salsa. Also got a small cup of queso. Am a nurse so went June 4th got burrito bowl with just fajita veggies double chicken lettuce the spicy salsa and lettuce later that day started getting really bad cramps and diarrhea and was running fever of 101.
