Lucky Charms, Amazon, Brown City, MI, USA

5 months ago reported by user-gbtc9619

It was a box of Lucky Charms I bought on Amazon that was within the appropriate use date. I still have the box and the contents in a ziplock bag
After I had lost 25 lb on Weight Watchers I decided to celebrate by having a bowl … See More
of Lucky Charms that I had purchased before starting my diet. Keep in mind that for a month and a half I had been eating only organic chicken breasts and vegetables and fruit, and was in great health. After eating two bowls of Lucky Charms I became deathly ill. I called Poison Control Center Ask a Nurse my doctor and we all contributed it to the Lucky Charms. I was sick for over 3 months. It took that long for my digestive system to recuperate. When looking into what is in Lucky Charms I looked up everything I didn't recognize in the ingredients. Come to find out they're putting toxins such as heavy duty cleaners and other heinous things. The the color dies that they use are insane. And this is what they're feeding our children and we wonder why everybody has ADHD and all of these other issues. Why are our manufacturers allowed to poison Us but make different non-toxic food for overseas? Because our government is run by big business. Therefore they control what goes into our bodies. It's a sick world we live in!. I still have the product.. I still have the product.  | Symptoms: Other

Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. The recalled product is out of date and no longer available for sale, but consumers are urged to check their refrigerators and freezers and not consume the recalled organic basil if they have it.
