I got the kimchi ramen last Sunday afternoon. Woke up in the middle of the night to the worst nausea. Threw up at least 15 times, dry heaving til Tuesday, followed by bloody and mucus diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Bloody Stool, Mucus in Stools

I got a large fry and Big Mac around 8pm. The Big Mac was only lukewarm and not hot. When I woke up I was immediately nauseous, had diarrhea and a raging headache.
