We went and ate earlier today. My mother had a salad with chicken and about 10-15 minutes later she started having a pounding headache which morphed into intense nausea. She is missing work now to rest as she feels drained and can’t move without feeling like she is about to throw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache
