12pm today son ate cheese pizza with extra cheese and Parmesan. Around 3:30 he became violently ill with nausea and vomiting. He is still very tired and cannot keep food or liquids down. He has had no diarrhea, yet.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate at 1pm. Had salad bar, (Caesar salad, Caesar dressing, mozzarella, tomatoes, Parmesan, 1 slice prosciutto, slice of bread). Also had mashed potatoes and four pieces of meat: 2 bacon wrapped filet, filet mignon, lamb chop.

Chipotle 牛排和奶酪包装。切碎的奶酪，例如胡椒，洋葱，生菜，泡菜，香蕉辣椒，Chipotle酱，帕玛森芝士。我只吃了一半的包裹后大约 3 到 4 个小时，因为恶心导致剧烈呕吐并最终起伏（2018 年 3 月 21 日晚上 9 点直到 18 年 3 月 22 日下午 3 点左右），恶心来了又去了。还发烧了 101.5 和胃痛。
