Went in at Midnight on 09/25/2018 for boneless wings and an order of Onion rings. About 11 hours later I became very nauseated with Diarrhea and Stomach pains. Then the throwing up and more diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I went and bought I burrito with brown rice chicken lettuce and sour cream and when I got home I ate the burrito and it was good nothing seemed wrong with it but at 3am this morning I woke up out of no where and started vomiting so I drank a Gatorade to stop vomiting but then i had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Other then the food poisoning it was great. Went to a conference and only other place I ate at was the yard house, no one else reported being sick at the conference from being sick. Ordered tuna nacho appetizer and shrimp and calamari pasta. I think the shrimp might have been undercooked.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
