I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant and my partner ordered the egg and cheese croissant. I also ordered an iced coffee and they got a large green tea, both of us became sick within an hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

We were traveling and stopped off the trip to get breakfast. We went there because McDonald's line was around the corner.
