Ordered a burrito yesterday lunch. plain tortilla, green chile pork, cilantro rice, pinto beans, and guacamole. Split it with a friend, and both voilently ill within a few hours. After vomiting, dry heaves, and diarrhea for 3 hours or so; I was so weak that I slept for 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

beans tomatoes and cheese ontop. And sides of green chili salsa, fresh tomato salsa, red chili salsa and guacamole. My family had to care for my kids. I was so sick I could not lift my head up without vomiting. This location is across the street from a hospital. Very scary to think how life threatening this could have been to people with weakened immune systems. I am young and healthy and I have never been so sick in my life.
