Had the Chicken and Shrimp lunch with chicken fried rice on 4-14-2019. Today is 4-16-2019. I have had diarrhea since the night of 4-14-2019. Nausea and fever started 4-15-2019. Started vomiting 4-16-2019. No other changes to diet and/or activity level that could explain my symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate 4/15/2019 around 1 PM. I had wonton soup, chicken on sticks, rice, and corn. Drank only to water with ice. Several hours later, I got sick with diarrhea and then vomiting all night and still sick. Some food was cold.
