I ordered the family chicken and steak fajitas with rice and beans. I ate a burrito bowl with steak, rice, black beans, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and lettuce. I ate the meal and about 5 hours later I began vomiting for 4 hours and having really bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I was in novi on business and ate lunch. Within 8 hours I was projectile vomiting and had severe diarrhea. I had a steak burrito and am wondering if others got sick?
