晚上 8 点左右吃蜂蜜燕麦上的意大利 BMT 配培根、生菜、洋葱、香蕉胡椒和蜂蜜芥末酱。凌晨 2 点 3 分之前出现严重的腹部痉挛、恶心、腹泻。在中午 12 点之前出现了极度的寒冷和疼痛，好像我得了流感一样。截至晚上 10 点还有腹泻和恶心  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 寒战
