Made a salad at lunchtime with spinach, arugula, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese with a little olive oil and vinegar and around midnight I had really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea which lasted for several hours and then about 3 am I had some pretty severe vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

下午 12 点 30 分我得到了一英尺长的火腿和美式奶酪三明治。我加了菠菜、番茄、红洋葱、黄瓜和香蕉辣椒以及油和醋。吃了三明治两个小时后，我开始出现胃痉挛。我 330 点回家后，我就在呕吐并出现腹泻，有时候是同时发生的。这些活动持续了整夜，由于精力不足，我一天余下的时间都无法吃东西。
