我在 12 月 26 日吃了辛辣的意大利菜。我把它涂成白色，里面有生菜番茄和黑橄榄。淡蛋黄酱和辣芥末酱。下午 4 点左右，我开始感到虚弱和恶心。接下来是偏头痛，然后是身体疼痛、呕吐、腹泻、严重的胃痛和抽筋。我觉得自己被公共汽车撞了。我已经有 24 小时没能放下任何食物或液体了，也没有放松的迹象。我去看了医生，流感检测呈阴性。医生做了血液检查，然后检查了食物中毒。那是我那天唯一尝试吃的东西。我记得我问过我妈妈她下订单是否正确，因为以为他们把 Vinaigrette 放在上面味道 “黏糊糊”。

在购买洛杉矶国际机场之前，我吃了番茄和马苏里拉三明治。奶酪很冷，当时我吃的时候似乎什么都没掉。

但是，这是我今天吃的唯一真正的食物-捷蓝航空只提供货架稳定的包装零食，我认为其中任何一种（奶酪，popcorners）都不会让我生病。我很晚才回家而且不是很饿所以只是喝点水。

自从我吃了那个三明治大约 6 个小时以来，我胃痉挛不好。我以为我有汽油然后就去睡觉了。我吃了带有严重恶心的三明治然后开始呕吐大约 10 个小时后醒来。感觉太糟糕了。一定是三明治！！这是我今天吃的唯一真正的食物。

3 of us got the beef donair (with a mix of toppings including lettuce, tomato, hot peppers, and pickled cabbage) on Thursday Dec 12, 2019.
