Ate a beef burrito on at 11:30 am on Feb 9, 2019. Had brown rice, black beans, steak, corn, sour cream, cheese and guac. Nothing more to eat on Feb 9. Vomited five times between 5 pm and midnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
