Three hours after eating my food, I started to become ill with nausea, vomiting, and extreme stomach pain. Ordered Italian sub with Mayo, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, banana peppers, oil & vinegar and oregano. Less than an hour later started feeling nauseous and then ended up with diarrhea, which has been occurring about every 15 to 30 minutes for the past six hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
