Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: Something in bowl with white rice, lettuce, chicken, pico, and guacamole. Affected two of us four hours after eating.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours

Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Still suffering with diarrhea.

My wife and I went on Friday and had Tacos. She had beef. I had blackened Chicken. With random Hot sauce and Queso.My wife did not get sick. Around 2:30 ish in the morning I started having cramps and the turning into vomiting chills fever and mild diarrhea.
