Had beefy potato loaded griller (no sour cream no chipotle sauce) and chicken quesadilla, girlfriend had fiesta potatoes and veggie bowl. I ate a bowl with olives, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, pico, tofu, and both rices. This happened on May 25th around 4:00pm. The following morning I woke up to diarrhea, and it didn't stop until Friday the 29th.
