Went to Panera bread on March 3 ordered the chicken chipotle avocado and Caramel latte after I went home I was very nauseous and started having diarrhea and throwing up ate around 1pm in the afternoon symptoms started about 5pm in the afternoon  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我们订购了薄皮意大利辣香肠和薄皮 3 块肉以及一份疯狂的面包。
过了几个小时我就感到恶心。然后是腹泻和呕吐。全家整晚都在洗手间里轮流起床。
这是我们第一次从那里生病。我们一直在那里吃饭。

Had a cup of chicken noodle soup, and the bread that comes with it yesterday for lunch. I have been to the bathroom no less than 35 times with massive diarrhea. I did not eat or drink anything before I went to panera and it is not a place I frequent  | 症状: 腹泻

周六我们从必胜客那里订购了一个晚餐盒，里面有牛肉披萨、面包棒和 cinisticks。我吃了 2 片披萨和 2 根面包棒，但没有 cinisticks，因为我真的不在乎它们。那天晚上 10 点 30 分至 11 点左右，我开始感到可怕的胃痛，胃部非常恶心。我冲到洗手间然后呕吐了。那天晚上我又吐了 3 次，然后整晚和第二天早上的大部分时间里都出现了腹泻，这是我一生中最严重的胃痛。

昨天有 Subway Rotisserie 吃了 Honey Oat 面包和一袋用健怡可乐烤制的 Lays 烤箱。三明治有鸡肉、生菜、番茄、精简蛋黄酱。什么都没吃，今天我从早上起就一直在治疗腹泻、呕吐物、恶心、发烧、胃痛、发冷。今天早上我没有其他东西，因为当我尝试吃面包吐司时，我只是吐出来了。如果明天症状持续，我会去看医生或急诊室。胃的疼痛真的很糟糕。
