2019 年 11 月 1 日星期五，我的食物牛排和奶酪很长。搭配 pepper jack 奶酪、洋葱、甜椒、生菜、番茄、泡菜和额外的蛋黄酱。我在晚上 8 点半左右吃了。几个小时后我开始生病起初我以为自己吃得太多了。所以我上床睡觉了。我扔掉然后转身是因为我在痛苦中发冷汗水和胃痉挛。凌晨 2 点半左右我醒来时病得很重跑到洗手间呕吐了我的三明治的每一点。过了一会儿腹泻和更多的呕吐。我的。全身疼痛。自那顿饭以来我没吃过任何东西。我也要扔掉的只能喝的水。

Last night my boyfriend and I ate there. I ordered the tomato snapper and he ordered the lemon herb chicken. Both our stomachs were turning, cramps and watery diarrhea. 在 3 个小时之外回家的路上，我停下了这个 Mcd 的，并订购了 2 个奶酪汉堡餐协议。大号有 unSweeet 茶。
定制汉堡包..没有洋葱，没有泡菜，添加了蛋黄酱和番茄。
在 20 分钟左右的时间内，我正在沿着州际公路开车，我的胃开始抽筋太糟糕了，我以为我必须拉过来然后扔掉。我一直在回家都很悲惨。
我尝试打电话给这家商店超过 35 次 2 天和晚上..每次都很忙...这告诉我他们知道其他人打电话发生了什么事情，他们可能不想再处理电话了..
周一早上我会给安德森县卫生部门打电话...

我们昨晚 8 点吃了。我有一个 6 英寸的意大利火腿，里面有生菜、番茄、洋葱、淡蛋黄酱和 Vigarette。我的丈夫和女儿在一英尺长的牛排和奶酪（provolone）上分享了培根、生菜、盐和胡椒粉。

晚上 10 点我的肚子感到不安。今天早上我的肚子有点痛。我告诉我丈夫他也回答了他的情况。当我问我的女儿时，她也有胃痛。

我们吃的唯一普通的东西是生菜！
