- comments: instructed to provide handwashing signage at all handsinks (bar,washrooms).

- comments: observed 5 live cockroaches on broken wall tile underneath the dishwashing machine area located in the rear main kitchen prep area. Instructed to detail clean and remove evidence of pest activity and sanitize affected areas;additional pest control service is now reccomended. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a),citation issued.

- comments: observed employee with no hair restraint in the food prep area. Instructed manager to provide hair restraints for all employees in the food prep area.

- comments: instructed to properly store and invert clean muilti-use kitchen utensils,spoons in (legno restaurant side)to prevent contamination before use. (handles-up).

- comments: observed stained cutting boards in the rear main kitchen prep,pizza prep and bar area. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and to maintain.

- comments: observed a torn door gasket inside of the 1 door (pepsi) prep cooler located at rear main kitchen prep area. Instructed to replace the torn door gasket and to maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean the prep tables, food storage containers, interiors of prep coolers including prep cooler at (legno restaurant),sides of cooking equipments stove,grill,deep fryers and exterior surfaces of dishwashing machine located in rear main kitchen prep area.

- comments: observed constant water leak at faucet for the rear utility mop sink. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and to maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean floors underneath the kitchen cooking equipments,deep fryers to remove excessive grease build-up and detail clean ceiling tiles throughout the rear main kitchen prep areas to remove accumulations of dusts and to maintain.
