- comments: observed the cashier employee in the food preparation area not wear face covering. Observed customers entering the establishment, ordering food and waiting for food not wearing face covering, not maintaining social distancing, leaning over the food counter and sitting at the dining room tables. No signage posted requiring to wear face covering. Front counter not being physically blocked from customers. Dining room tables not being blocked off from customers. Instructed must wear face covering while working with other employees and customers. Must enforce customers wearing face covering and/or post signage. Must not allow customer seating in the dining room.
