11/21 pm. I purchased ingredients to make meatloaf ground beef/ pork Italian sausage, eggs breadcrumbs, Yukon mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. All items were purchased from here Symptoms started 40 min after eating, It happened Yesterday evening  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Don't eat beef or pork, nor do I order any meat products here, yet every time I eat here (even a croissant) I get nauseous and upset stomach. There has to be something in the ingredients or breads.
