I went to Chipotle today and got a bowl with seasoned rice, pork, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole. It was good until i got home and i got severely nauseous. I ended up throwing up twice. I had to leave work early due to severe nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
