I got the new 2026 jalapeño sandwich and the hibiscus strawberry drink and threw up a bunch, I noticed a black piece on the fried part, but picked it off I thought the sandwich tasted normal, I got the sandwich at 8pm, and was throwing up with diarrhea by 6am.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
