Medium hot dark roast coffee with mocha, an extra espresso shot, 1 cream and 1 sugar. Bought at 2pm.
Nauseous all day. Immediately needed to use the restroom. Went to sleep for the night only to get up due to having to use the restroom. Diarrhea is the cause.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

用糙米、黑豆、温和热的莎莎酱、生菜和酸奶油吃了鸡肉卷饼。还有薯条和鳄梨调味酱的一面。我在商店订购了这件商品，然后立即把它带回家去那里吃了。味道很好，然后享受它下降的乐趣。那是晚上 8 点左右。凌晨 2 点左右，我醒来抽筋，感觉臃肿/饱满。A 通过了很多气体并且有腹泻。直到凌晨 4:30 才睡着了。早上 6 点 30 分左右醒来时感觉到疼痛和发冷、抽筋和恶心。去洗手间后腹泻多了。马上完成后，我就开始弹丸将胃里的每一点食物/水都扔到干燥的地步。感到有些宽慰。服用了一些活性炭胶囊，这对于包括食物中毒在内的许多事情都非常有用，因为它们吸收，结合并排出肠道中的恶性细菌。回去睡觉 830-11:30，醒来时感觉好一点还是不太好。到目前为止没有再呕吐了，仍然是我的腹泻，疼痛和发冷。不用说我在那里吃完饭了。你听见了这个故事，但是直到故事发生之前，你要冒险。不值得让我告诉你。希望没有人生病！（已联系商店并获得全额退款，并希望接到公司关于事件的电话）祝你好运 Chipotle 食用者！

南瓜奶油冷泡，喝完饮料约一个小时后胃痛。一开始就不敢喝它，因为它看起来不对，但我认为那只是因为它是一种新饮料。我是唯一生病的人，因为我是唯一订购饮料的人。在最初的胃痛之后的几个小时内，我开始出现剧烈的疼痛，以至于我出汗，发热，无法舒服。我设法整夜都做到了，第二天早上 7 点我正在呕吐弹。我没有吃任何其他可能导致这种情况的东西，因为一旦我开始经历胃痛，我就没有吃过东西。
