1/10/2021. Possibly their Ordered burrito bowl (chicken, brown rice, sour cream, corn salsa, lettuce) and chips/queso. I ate 90% of the food before I found a "leaf" in my food. I had a king prawn salt and chilli with Singapore rice .. after a couple of hours I had stomach cramps,bloated and sweating and went to bed.. woke up an hour later and had severe vomiting for a couple i hours ..
