On multiple occasions I have ordered the wings with Parmesan garlic sauce and have gotten sick from it and not felt right. My husband some of the same wings and did not feel right either. When looking at the wings the meat was still slightly pink.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我点了骑自行车的鸡肉沙拉（脆长叶莴苣，配蔓越莓干、菠萝、橘子、红洋葱、甜山核桃、羊乳酪、烤去骨鸡肉和新鲜的时令浆果；搭配野莓罂粟籽酱）和 12 根骨头，一半用中等调味料，一半配中等调味料，一半配金蒜酱作为提货单。在 19 年 7 月 18 日星期四晚上 7 点之前取货。我直接回家吃了大约 2/3 的沙拉和每个翅膀的 3 个。这是我整天唯一吃的东西。在半夜（19 年 7 月 19 日凌晨 3 点左右），我变得恶心，发烧，开始尝起来很糟糕的味道。早上晚些时候，我从轻度腹泻开始。整个上午、下午以及目前在晚上 7 点 30 分（19 年 7 月 19 日），我继续打同样可怕的味道，并且间歇性地出现轻微的恶心。大约下午 3 点 30 分（7/19/19），我开始出现严重的腹部绞痛。从那以后我有几次腹泻，间歇性抽筋。我还有打嗝、抽筋和腹泻。如果这种情况持续超过一天，我可能需要就液体寻求医疗救助。

昨晚吃了几片披萨，感觉还不错，有点生气但还不错。我今天早上 5 点 45 分醒来时感觉一点也不舒服。我的头脑超轻，头晕目眩，脸色苍白，胃也很糟糕。我在街上吐了两次，试图赶回我的公寓。另外两个人吃了披萨，但我只是一个用大蒜酱的人，也只有一个人感觉很糟糕。

Ordered appetizer platter the calimari was chewy/rubbery, lobster crab dip tasted like dirty dish water and the chicken in the enchiladas was pink. Ordered one side of hush puppies, they were dripping greased from the bottom of the cone along with tasting dirty fish water.
