I ordered a chorizo burrito bowl to go. I ate most of the bowl and started to feel sharp stomachgas pains later that night. I went to the bathroom twice and had diarrhea. At 130 am about 4 hrs after I ate the burrito bowl I vomited my entire dinner.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
