Ate a #11 Country Club with tomato, lettuce, onions, pepper spread and dijon mustard. Started feeling stabbing pains in my stomach about 3 hours after, threw up 4 times between 5 hours and 10 hours after and had bad diarrhea in the morning. 6-1-17 at around 3PM.
I had a cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles, onions, mustard, and ketchup.

I had mcdonalds for lunch, the chicken sandwich with bacon and Honey Mustard and French fries with Hi-C.
