Italian BMT on honey oat with bacon, lettuce, onion, banana pepper and honey mustard eaten around 8pm. Severe abdominal cramps, nausea, diarrhea by 2/3am. I ate a regular hamburger yesterday night and i woke up with heavy headache... followed by vomiting (6 times) and diarhia . I feel better after i threw up 6 times and took advil.
