My husband had a sausage bap from here and was vomiting 3 hours later. It was the only food we didn’t share that day so was definitely that. He was sick 8 times and bringing up blood. We had to call paramedics. Terrible food poisoning. Will never eat there again 😭  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Had a sausage breakfast sandwich. About 8 hours later started feeling stomach cramps. By 10pm had uncontrollable shaking, sweating, fever, and projectile vomiting. Lasted throughout the night. UA 8865 DFW to Frankfurt May 14. Ate sausage and eggs and became violently ill at Frankfurt airport a couple hours after eating. 2 days hospitalized with vomit, diarrhea, fatigue and spine/neck pain.
