Yesterday (4/6), I ate lunch at Chipotle located on 316 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60601.

I am not sure if this is the cause, but it's seems the most likely culprit.

Had hash browns and the banana protein iced latte from Dunkin Donuts on 4010 n western Ave. about 8 hours later began to feel nauseous and spent the night with chills and throwing up every few hours.
