Steak tacos with onion and cilantro. Refried beans and rice + guac and chips. Headache, nauseousness, vomiting, diarrhea. Same to my fiance who had tacos Al pastor.

Almost feels like a hangover. Definitely did not consume any alcohol however. Absolutely food borne  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

Suspected source: I had milk with a wafer called cream and onion, I think this caused it.

I ate here Friday nite had the French onion soup and chicken tenders and mash potatoes. That evening I had indigestion so bad. Ate a bacon double cheeseburger with everything, onion rings, one scoop of chocolate custard. 8 hours later I woke up soaked in sweat, chills, worst cramps of my life, nausea, diarrhea.
