Arnd 8 pm I ate a bowl with brown rice , romaine, chicken , tom/cucumber, feta, taziki, humus, green sauce, pita chips .. a few hours later kept burping up the food, at 4 am I woke up to throwing up and diarrhea !  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping
