Spent 4 days of the 5 day trip miserably sick. Not getting out of bed for 36 hours.

I ordered plain rice, chicken with mushrooms, and Kung Pao chicken. My husband had honey walnut shrimp and Beijing beef.

I ate my food, and felt ill, a few hours later I threw up, and had diarrhea. My husband was fine. I was sick all night.

I ate Fried Rice, Honey Sesame Chicken and Broccoli Beef on March 26, 2022. A short time later I begin having severe stomach cramps along with vomiting and diarrhea. I went to here and got the chow mien, fried rice, orange chicken, Beijing beef, and the honey walnut shrimp. I believe it was the shrimp that was off. 3.5 hours later I was throwing up and later started having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
