Had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki delivered last night around 10pm. Spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle, processed cheese. Upset stomach, diarrhea, nausea since waking. Not sure, I ordered an Italian Unwhich and pickle. It happened Tonight after eating .  Started about 3 hours after eating  Just me.  Ate here, had spicy Italian unwhich and 3 hours later violent cramping, diarrhea, and vomit.  Resolved 12 hours later after I vomited   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
